FAQ

My JLab JBuds Air are not linking with each other

In order to fix this problem, please follow the following troubleshooting steps:
Keep the earbuds in the charging and forget “JLab JBuds Air” from your Bluetooth device settings,
Quick tap 7x on one earbud in the charging case the earbud blinks blue 4 times,
Quick tap 7x on the other earbud in the charging case & the earbud blinks blue 4 times,
Take both earbuds out of the charging case and one earbud will be solid white while the other will blink blue/white indicating it's ready to pair to your device.

How to charge JLab earbuds case?

Connect the JBuds Air to computer or USB 5V 1A (or less) output device. LEDs pulse white when charging and turn solid white when fully charged.

How to wear JLab earbuds?

First use the proper gel ear tips in order to have the best fit - the JBuds Air comes with gel tips in 3 different sizes. For a proper seal it’s also recommended to try the Cush Fins. The Cush Fin should be aligned by positioning the contour around the microphone hole. To put in the ear properly, hold the earbud vertically to the ear. Twist in the ear canal to lock in.
